Odoo eLearning ist das Learning-Management-System in der Suite. Es eignet sich für interne Weiterbildung und oft auch für Kunden- oder Partnerinhalte, wenn ihr ohnehin Odoo Website / Portal nutzt. Als Ready Partner empfehlen wir es vor allem, wenn Schulung und Mitarbeiterdaten nicht in fünf Tools verstreut sein sollen.

Was ein LMS hier typischerweise kann

Wenn ihr nur zwei PDFs pro Jahr verschickt, ist ein LMS Overkill. Sobald Wiederholungen, Tests und Nachweise dazukommen, lohnt sich die Struktur.

Inhalt bleibt eure Arbeit

Software ersetzt keine Didaktik. Plant zuerst: Welche drei Kurse braucht ihr wirklich? Wer hält sie aktuell? eLearning liefert die Plattform — Fachabteilungen liefern den Stoff. Für öffentliche Marketing-Kurse prüfen, ob Website und Branding zu eurem Auftritt passen.

If you only send two PDFs a year, an LMS is overkill. Once repetition, quizzes, and proof appear, structure pays off.

Content is still your job

Software does not replace instructional design. Start with: Which three courses do you really need? Who keeps them current? eLearning provides the platform — subject-matter teams provide the material. For public marketing courses, check whether website and branding match your presence.
