Viele Firmen wachsen in ein Flickwerk hinein: CRM hier, Lager dort, Rechnungen woanders, Shop wieder separat. Jede Schnittstelle kostet Zeit und erzeugt Doppelpflege. Ein integriertes ERP/CRM ersetzt das nicht über Nacht — aber es gibt einen gemeinsamen Datenkern für Lead, Auftrag, Lieferung und Zahlung.

Odoo ist eine Open-Source-Suite (Community) mit optionaler Enterprise-Schicht: CRM, Verkauf, Lager, Fertigung, Buchhaltung, Website und viele weitere Apps aus einer Hand. Die MPI GmbH ist Odoo Ready Partner: Wir entwickeln eigene Module (z. B. BMD, Branding, Media) und Produkte rund um die Plattform.

Was „integriert“ hier konkret heißt

• CRM → Verkauf — Opportunity wird Auftrag, ohne Datenkopieren
• Auftrag → Lager — Bestände und Lieferungen am gleichen Dokument
• Rechnung → Zahlung — Buchhaltung sieht denselben Kunden- und Produktstamm
• Website / eCommerce — optional derselbe Katalog und dieselben Kunden
• Apps nach Bedarf — nur aktivieren, was ihr wirklich nutzt

Wann ein Umstieg sinnvoll ist

• ihr wachst aus Tabellen und Einzeltools heraus,
• Doppelpflege von Kunden und Artikeln nervt sichtbar,
• ihr wollt schrittweise erweitern (erst CRM/Verkauf, später Lager/FiBu).

Ein Big-Bang-Wechsel ohne Prozessklärung scheitert oft. Besser: Kernprozesse definieren, Pilotbereich wählen, dann ausrollen. Community vs. Enterprise und Hosting (Odoo.sh, On-Premise, Partner-Hosting) hängen von Anforderungen und Budget ab — das steht auf den Odoo-Seiten und in den aktuellen Preisplänen.

Many companies grow into a patchwork: CRM here, warehouse there, invoices elsewhere, shop separate again. Every integration costs time and creates duplicate data. An integrated ERP/CRM does not fix that overnight — but it gives a shared data core for lead, order, delivery, and payment.

Odoo is an open-source suite (Community) with an optional Enterprise layer: CRM, sales, inventory, manufacturing, accounting, website, and many more apps from one stack. MPI GmbH is an Odoo Ready Partner: we build our own modules (e.g. BMD, branding, media) and products around the platform.

When a move makes sense

• you outgrow spreadsheets and single-purpose tools,
• duplicate customer and product data is visibly painful,
• you want to expand stepwise (CRM/sales first, then inventory/finance).

A big-bang switch without process clarity often fails. Better: define core processes, pick a pilot area, then roll out. Community vs. Enterprise and hosting (Odoo.sh, on-premise, partner hosting) depend on needs and budget — see Odoo’s pages and current plans.

What MPI contributes

We sell our own apps on the Odoo App Store and run products such as SMGR and YPR. We are not taking general implementation projects right now. This page is for orientation; getting started with the suite goes through Odoo.
